Are you (or is someone you know) thinking about hurting yourself or someone else?

Call one of these CRISIS HOTLINE NUMBERS:

Children and youth who feel like they might hurt themselves or someone else can call a 'crisis' hotline. People who work at crisis hotlines (sometimes also known as 'Suicide Prevention' Hotlines) help callers figure out options and ways to get needed help.
